Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of fourteen. She was a kickboxer, boxer as well as wrestling, before making her first appearance in amateur competition at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd then went on to beat three times within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All her opponents had been defeated in the first minute. Ladd went back to WCFC for the purpose of defeating Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous ruling. Aspen first defeated Silvia Babyghian, before heading to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was superior to Aspen in the fight, beating her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's record as an amateur was damaged. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent fight with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in the year 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11, she was able to take on Ana Carolina Vidal to score a TKO in the first round. She won her next fight in the ring against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission, and then moved up to the weight of bantamweight in her next bout at Invicta FC 16. Aspen employed her skills in wrestling to knock down McGill with a TKO during the third-round (elbows and punches). The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) since Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen defeated Hoy and finished her off in the second round with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut was on UFC Fight Night 118 when she took on Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina through the ground and pound strategy which resulted in the TKO 2nd round win. In her second fight, she beat Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd took on Evinger to the punch in the first round and was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. Ladd was the winner of the fight of the night bonus, after both fighters had an intense fight back and forth. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. She came back to finish Yana Kunitskaya after the third round of UFC at ESPN 7. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight was lost by majority verdict.
